LARGE ORDERS
We are delighted to be a Hoopologie reseller in Europe. If you order over 12 hoops or 120ft of tubing it either needs to go in a bigger box or 2 boxes. The postage for this then changes (sometimes not by much!!) and will be calculated on an individual basis so don’t hesitate to contact us. We simply want to make sure it gets to you the best way possible.
DELIVERY TIMES
All hoops will ship within 7 DAYS of ordering (normally we ship once a week) If you need your hoop urgently, we understand, please email [email protected] as it will sometimes be possible to make/ship outside these times.
Hoops within the UK are now sent Royal mail with a choice of tracked or untracked services.
NB: Our beginner hoops are all sent by Royal Mail and are sent separately to polypro hoops as they are made offsite.
Hoops sent within Europe take up to APPROXIMATELY 2 to Western Europe and up to APPROXIMATELY 3 weeks to Eastern Europe (at the most, normally it’s much faster)
******AT THE MINUTE (August 2020) UNTRACKED HOOPS ARE TAKING 2-6 WEEKS***** There is a huge demand for online and postal services because of the pandemic. I have literally zero control over this.
Tubing/large orders are sent via parcelforce and is a 48 hour service but is currently not guaranteed at all.
