TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HoopSpin want to get the highest quality handmade hoops to you as soon as possible. Occasionally we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to hoops or tubing being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately. If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to 1) order an alternative, 2) have the hoop sent as soon as the products become available or 3) to cancel the order.
All prices quoted are in British pounds sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the currently applicable rate.
Orders are accepted at the sole discretion of HoopSpin. All transactions are conducted through PayPal. To arrange alternative form of payment e.g. cheque please email [email protected] Hoops will be dispatched once payment has cleared.
You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of your order being placed.
Every effort is taken to ensure that the information contained in this web site is correct and up to date. However, HoopSpin disclaims all warranties and representations as to the accuracy of any information contained if at any time it becomes inadvertently out of date or incomplete. HoopSpin cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of this information.

Pricing is weight dependent for most hoops:
Within the UK hoops are sent via myhermes at £6 for up to 3 hoops
Hoops sent in Europe go as Small Packets untracked at £6 for up to 3 hoops

Delivery charges are based on local post office/courier quotes and may change without notice.
HoopSpin are happy to accept bulk orders and to ship further afield on an individual basis. Please email [email protected] to discuss.
For Royal Mail deliveries only – in the unlikely event that your package does not arrive, we will not be able to resend the package or refund you for 10 working days. This time limit is imposed by Royal Mail and is unfortunately beyond our control. If your order is urgent please call us to arrange courier service.
We will not be held liable for any costs or inconvenience caused by late deliveries. We can’t take responsibility for goods being lost by Royal Mail. If you wish to be able to track your parcel and have it insured, please email [email protected]
All hoops will ship within 7 WORKING DAYS of ordering (normally we ship 1-2 times a week) If you need your hoop urgently please email [email protected] as it will sometimes be possible to make/ship outside these times.
Hoops within the UK are sent myhermes signed for and take 3-5 working days.
Hoops sent within Europe take up to 2 -4 weeks to Western Europe and up to 5 weeks to Eastern Europe. (NB It is normally much faster than this)

Hopefully your hoop will get a lot of use with normal use and care hoops can be expected to last for six months to a year, sometimes much longer. I have had some hoops for 7 years. However, deterioration in tape coverage is unavoidable. Travel hoops are subjected to additional stresses due to being folded down, but with proper use we would expect them to be good for at least six months and they frequently last a lot longer. If you experience problems with your hoop within six months of purchase, please contact us to discuss options.

Failure to read this information will void any warranty.
Hoops are carefully checked before being despatched. In the unlikely event there is a problem with a hoop, we will do our best to put it right and ensure you are happy. If your hoop needs to be replaced, we will happily do this on receipt of the damaged or faulty hoop. If a hoop is found to be faulty, we will provide one replacement, free of charge.
Please note if the fault is due to incorrect collapsing of the hoop or due to undue physical stress on the hoop (violent breaks/poor wedgie technique) we will not replace it
Please ensure that any hoop being returned to us is properly packaged and addressed, as HoopSpin is not responsible for damage in transit, or non-receipt of any returned goods. When returning any item, please wrap it in the same way as when it was sent to you, with adequate labelling and a return address in the event of non-delivery. Hoops can be posted as a standard parcel via Royal Mail (not ParcelForce) or via a courier (myhermes) as that is how they are sent out.
If you tell us that you do not require a replacement hoop, HoopSpin will refund the original amount paid once the faulty or damaged hoop has been returned and inspected.
All prices are show in UK pounds and are inclusive of VAT
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days. Please email [email protected] or call 07973942315 If for any reason we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise you on how long we expect it will take and keep you fully informed throughout the process.
Every effort is made at HoopSpin to get your goods to you in perfect condition. If any product is faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit to you, please contact us and report the problem within SEVEN working days of receipt of the goods. Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced or refunded. Please do not ship the goods back to us unless we have told you to do so. We will not reimburse the cost of shipping items back to us unless we have instructed you to do this.
If you need to cancel an order:
To cancel an order contact us as SOON as possible
If the order has not yet been shipped and is cancelled and payment has already been made, I will refund you the purchase price including postage and Packing unless it is a custom order.
If the order has been shipped I will not refund any money as long as the goods have been made to the agreed written quote specifications. As long as it is fit for function I reserve the rights not to refund monies.
Cut tubing, Custom made hoops and shipped orders are not refundable unless damaged, faulty or incorrect.
All workshops are non refundable. If you cannot make it you may resell your workshop space as long as the name is emailed to [email protected] before the workshop.
NB: This does not apply for Manchester Hoop Congress where event spaces must be resold through HoopSpin and will incur an admin charge.
As we are based in the UK, all jurisdiction falls within UK Law, rules and regulations.
When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address and mailing address information. This information is used to process orders only. We might use it to contact you for marketing purposes. You can opt out of this at any time by emailing [email protected]
We don’t collect or have access to your credit card data. The credit card handling is done directly by PayPal, RBS WorldPay and not disclosed to us (unless we process your order on the phone).
We never share your personal information with any third parties.
